PEHUER SPACE (“PEHUER”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.pehuer.com (the “Site”), why we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights, under Argentine Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001 and complementary rules.

2. Data we collect
Data you give us. When you write by email or through the Join form (Community, Investor or Strategic partner), we receive your email address, the subject for the option you chose and the content of your message, plus any other information you choose to share.
Technical data. When you browse the Site, our hosting provider may log IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and time of access, for operation, security and abuse prevention.
Cookies. Cookies and local storage are described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect sensitive data under article 2 of Law 25.326, and we ask you not to include them in your messages.
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your queries and follow up on your interest in joining the community, investing or partnering with PEHUER.
- To send you information about PEHUER only if you asked for it or accepted it. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To meet legal duties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your free, express and informed consent when you contact us, and where applicable on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the Site or on a legal obligation.
5. Who we share data with
We only share data with providers needed to run the Site and communications, and only as needed:
- Hosting: GitHub Pages
- Email: Google Workspace
- Contact form delivery: FormSubmit
- Fonts: Google Fonts
We may also share data when required by a competent authority under the law.
6. International transfers
Some providers may store or process data outside Argentina, including countries that Argentine rules do not treat as offering adequate protection. In those cases we adopt the measures in article 12 of Law 25.326, and by using the Site and contacting us you consent to those transfers.
7. Retention
We keep your data while needed for the purposes described or while we have a relationship with you, and then we delete them unless the law requires a longer period. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s retention.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect. Write to info@pehuer.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information of Argentina oversees Law 25.326. If you live in the EU or UK you may also exercise GDPR rights before your local authority.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at people under 18. If we learn we received a child’s data without guardian authorisation, we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site links to third parties such as Instagram and X. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
